Thoughtful Leaders Cohort
The Thoughtful Leaders Cohort is a semester-long professional learning experience dedicated to school leaders who are driven to cultivate a culture of thinking within their schools. Centered around Ron Ritchhart’s Eight Cultural Forces, this cohort empowers leaders to explore how they can intentionally shape their school environments to make thinking visible, valued, and sustained.
AI Innovators
The AI Innovators Cohort is a professional learning experience that supports educators in exploring thoughtful, creative, and values-aligned uses of AI in the classroom. In partnership with Project Zero’s Center for Digital Thriving, participants engage in inquiry-based learning grounded in deep understanding and student agency, while contributing to participatory research by testing emerging AI frameworks and helping shape tools that support meaningful learning.
Book Club
The Evidence of Inquiry Book Club is a learning experience centered on Evidence of Inquiry by Jessica Vance, focusing on creating meaningful, intentional learning walls. Facilitated by two experienced WISIT faculty members, the book club offers a warm, collegial space for educators to explore key ideas, make classroom connections, and reflect together through thoughtful, guided dialogue.
